This room is 2 level with the full kitchen 4 pc bath and small eating area on the main floor, with a winderbox staircase leading upstairs with a large bedroom complete with football field grass, a 65" tv and a king bed, along with a large living room with a 75" tv, a Playstation 5, a wet bar with a stand up pub table, a large sectional couch, reclining massaging chair and even original seats from Rich Stadium! This room is wall to wall Buffalo Bills and is an awesome experience for any Bills and football fan!

Sleeping: 1 king bed, 1 large sectional couch and 1 recliner that folds down to a sleeper. We understand a tailgate party is a party, but the maximum amount of people our Football Room can hold is 8 with 4 adults (5 total occupants) being the amount of people who can spend the night after 10 p.m.
