Our ice machine and vending machine are conveniently located in the hall near the entrance.

Our vending machine is located in the main hallway of the hotel. For guests staying in rooms with doors to the outside, the vending machine can be accessed using the door code provided to you in your booking email!

Hotel Philco uses Beautyrest GL6 plush mattresses in all of its rooms.

Bicycles and wagons are to be used at your own risk. In the event they are not returned or damaged we reserve the right to charge up to $250 for a wagon, $350 for a bicycle and $50 for the lock. Are you agreeable to that? We don’t anticipate any problems, but we must also be diligent!

A first aid kit can be found in the hall.

We kindly ask our guests to leave used towels outside the door of their room, and our fantastic cleaning staff will provide you with new ones.

The patio is for Hotel Philco guests and Derby Square residents only. Quiet hours after 10 pm. Please keep noise at a minimum and respect the other guests. Please do not use the after midnight.
